A routine update to an access control list within AWS in line with ISO27001 failed and caused a brief outage this morning between 10.43 and 11.10am today, this has been rolled back and corrected.
Some devices with GL and VFGL SIM profiles were affected and have since recovered.
Technicians are investigating the root cause of failure.
