    DataSIM has been notified by MANX Telecom / WorldOv that an error in their platform resulted in a small number of devices being blocked from the network at the SIM level. Some of these SIMs are now in a state where they are unable to assist devices reconnecting to any network without manual intervention.

    The issue occurred Friday the 18th October at 11:00 AM and only affects P2, P4 and P6 SIM cards.

    If you believe any of your devices have been affected and not yet recovered from this then please get in touch with the Support team providing a list of affected SIM cards with the make and model of the device.
